Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
All outlet sales are considered final after 24 hours.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp at +965 55550640 within 24 hours of your purchase. Our team will guide you through the process.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in perfect condition
- The original packaging must be intact
- The price tag must remain attached
- The original invoice must be provided
Important: Perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged once the factory seal has been opened.
Any item showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfumes
- 5ml refillable samples
- Any item not in its original condition
These items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within up to 15 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Customers may be required to provide valid bank details to complete the refund.
Delivery & Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all delivery and return shipping charges. These costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable delivery service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned products.
Important Notes
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions will be rejected
- FGC Parfumerie reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy
